All delegates of the PSU International Conference 2014 are cordially invited to explore the beautiful scenery of one of the world’s top tourist destinations, Phuket, on a half-day sightseeing trip.

Itinerary includes:

  • 13.30Depart from PSU Phuket (In front of Building 6, PSU Phuket)
  • 14.00Arrive at Thalang Road, enjoy the scenery of the Chino-Portuguese buildings around the historical area of Thalang Road, Dibuk Road and Krabi Road. And try some local food at the shops along the road (at your own expense)
  • 15.00Visit Wat Chalong, the most famous Buddhist temple in Phuket.
    Wats, or Buddhist temples, are among the most important symbols of Thailand, partly because the majority of Thais are Buddhist and partly because they are so beautiful. In Phuket alone, there are 29 Buddhist temples spread around the island.
  • 16.00Arrive at Nai-harn Beach, enjoy the scenery on one of the most picturesque beaches in Phuket.
  • 17.00Arrive at Promthep Cape, the landmark of Phuket. Enjoy the views before the sunset.
  • 17.45Depart from Promthep Cape to Phuket Town and return to PSU Phuket.
